Sierra Stephens, CPP, has been promoted to Payroll Manager. She joined CDS in 2017 as a Payroll Specialist, bringing over eleven years of client service experience. She holds a Payroll Specialist Diploma from Minnesota State Community and Technical College in Detroit Lakes, MN. Sierra was promoted to Senior Payroll Specialist in 2022. She specializes in assisting clients with the preparation of their payrolls, tax deposits, quarterly and year-end payroll reports, and W-2 forms.
