About Sierra

Sierra Stephens joined CDS in 2017 as a Payroll Specialist, bringing over eleven years of client service experience. Sierra graduated from Minnesota State Community and Technical College in Detroit Lakes, MN with a Payroll Specialist Diploma. Since joining CDS, Sierra was promoted to Senior Payroll Specialist in 2022 and Payroll Manager in 2026. She specializes in assisting clients with the preparation of their payrolls, tax deposits, quarterly and year-end payroll reports, and W-2 forms.
