About Sierra

Sierra Stephens joined CDS in 2017 as a Payroll Specialist. Prior to CDS, she worked in client service for over eleven years. Sierra graduated from Minnesota State Community and Technical College in Detroit Lakes, MN with a Payroll Specialist Diploma. In 2022, Sierra was promoted to Senior Payroll Specialist. She specializes in assisting clients with the preparation of their payrolls, tax deposits, quarterly and year-end payroll reports, and W-2 forms.
