We are thrilled to announce the upcoming 40th anniversary of CDS, kicking off on November 1, 2025! This milestone marks four decades of delivering exceptional client service, fostering strong relationships, and living by the values that have defined us: Integrity, Quality, Collaboration, Innovation, and Kindness.
CDS was founded in November 1985, born from a shared vision during casual conversations among friends and fellow Jaycees. Rick Conway, Roger Deuth, and Milan Schmiesing combined their talents and values to create Conway, Deuth & Schmiesing, PLLP (CDS). Over the years, that vision has grown into a thriving firm built on trust, teamwork, and a commitment to excellence.
As we approach this milestone, we’re excited to introduce our 40th-anniversary logo, which symbolizes our legacy and the bright future ahead.
