About Rick
Richard Conway is one of the founding partners of CDS with over fifty two years of experience in public accounting. After Rick's retirement from the CDS partnership in 2019, he continues to remain a trusted advisor to our clients on a limited basis. He is a graduate of St. Cloud State University in St. Cloud, MN. Rick specializes in working with business owners, management personnel and individuals on financial, tax, and managerial issues within a rapidly changing business environment. His experience in financial and managerial areas helps him to provide input on the establishment and implementation of short-term and long-term goals for his clients.Community Involvement
