Meet our three newest CDS team members with personal interviews sharing more about who they are and why they are excited to join the CDS team.

Staff Accountant: Trista Novy

Trista Novy recently joined CDS as a Staff Accountant. She brings over 5 years of banking and finance experience and 10 years of client service experience to CDS. Trista is attending University of Illinois-Springfield online for her Master of Business Administration. She graduated from Southwest Minnesota State University in Marshall, MN with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and she received her Associates of Arts degree in Liberal Arts from Ridgewater College in Hutchinson, MN. Her focus area is Governmental Auditing.

Payroll Specialist: Madison Rucks

Madison Rucks recently joined CDS as a Payroll Specialist. She brings over 4 years of payroll experience to CDS. Her focus areas are assisting clients with the preparation of their payrolls, tax deposits, quarterly and year-end payroll reports, and W-2 forms.

Payroll Assistant: Cathy Hedlof

Cathy Hedlof recently joined CDS as a Payroll Assistant. She brings over 40 years of management and accounting experience to CDS. Cathy received her Associates of Arts degree in Accounting from Willmar Area Vocational Technical Institute in Willmar, MN. Her focus areas are assisting with administrative tasks, in addition to assisting clients with the preparation of their payrolls, tax deposits, quarterly and year-end payroll reports, and W-2 forms.

Our Newest Seasonal Team Members

We are pleased to welcome Seasonal Administrative Assistants, Amanda Manson and LeAnn Dean.

Amanda is the Retail Manager and Bookkeeper for I&M Landscaping. Her and her husband, Kyle, and two children, Karter and Kaycee, reside in Willmar. Kyle is a landscape foreman at I&M Landscaping. They enjoy lake life, camping, snowmobiling, and ice fishing in their free time!

LeAnn recently retired from her position as library director at the University of Minnesota, Morris campus and is looking forward to a new chapter in her life that includes part-time employment and taking Art History college courses. She enjoys travel, especially visiting historic sites with her son and daughter and their families, including three very special granddaughters.

We are excited to have Amanda and LeAnn work with us during our busy season in our Willmar and Morris offices!
