PROMOTIONS

Matt Itterman, CPA, CVA, MAcc, has been promoted to Manager. Matt joined CDS in 2015 in our Willmar office. Prior to CDS, he worked in public accounting for two years. He graduated from North Dakota State University in Fargo, ND, from the Master of Accountancy program. Matt received his CPA certification from the Minnesota Board of Accountancy in 2014 and his Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) certification in 2018. His focus areas are for profit, non-profit, and retirement plan auditing, business valuations, and the health care and petroleum industries.

Matt is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants (MNCPA) and the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA). He is a member of the Willmar Chamber of Commerce’s neXt organization and a volunteer for United Way of West Central Minnesota. Matt is a 2018 graduate of the Vision 2040 Leadership program and a 2017 graduate of the Willmar Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Perspectives program.

Lori Reich, CPP has been promoted to Payroll Manager. Lori joined CDS in 2005 in our Willmar office. Lori graduated from Ridgewater College in Willmar, MN with an Associate of Arts degree, and from St. Cloud Technical College in St. Cloud, MN with an Associate in Applied Science degree in Accounting. Lori received her Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification from the American Payroll Association in 2012. She received her QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification in 2005. Lori specializes in assisting clients with the preparation of their payrolls, tax deposits, quarterly and year-end payroll reports, and W-2 forms.

Lori is a member of the American Payroll Association (APA) and a volunteer with River Lakes Youth Hockey Association.

Brady Koehl, CPA has been promoted to Senior Accountant. Brady joined CDS in 2016 in our Morris office. He graduated from Southwest Minnesota State University in Marshall, MN with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, with minors in Agribusiness Management and Economics. Brady received his CPA certification from the Minnesota Board of Accountancy in 2017 and his QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification in 2018. His focus areas are tax preparation, bookkeeping, and agribusiness.

Brady is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants (MNCPA). Brady is a volunteer for FFA3, Morris Community Meal, and his local church. He is a board member for the Hancock Childcare Building Project. Brady is a 2018 graduate of the Leadership Stevens County program.

NEW DESIGNATIONS

Tonya Raths has earned her Enrolled Agent (EA) certification. She is a Senior Accountant and works in our Morris office. Tonya graduated from St. Cloud State University in St. Cloud, MN with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. Tonya’s focus areas include tax planning and preparation, QuickBooks, payroll, bookkeeping, and preparation of compiled and reviewed financial statements. She is a QuickBooks ProAdvisor and works on-site with many of our QuickBooks clients.

Tonya is a volunteer with Stevens Community Humane Society and the treasurer of the Morris Area Gymnastics Association. She is a 2008 graduate of the Willmar Lakes Area Leadership Perspective program and a 2010 graduate of the Leadership Stevens County program.

Mary Brouwer has earned her QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification. She joined CDS in 2018 as a Staff Accountant. She was an intern for CDS in 2017. Mary graduated from Dordt University in Sioux Center, IA with Bachelor of Arts degrees in Accounting and Business Administration, with a focus on Finance,and a minor in Economics. Her focus areas are tax preparation and bookkeeping.

Mary is a member of the Willmar Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce’s neXt Organization. She is a volunteer for her local church.

CDS NEW HIRES

Kylee Wrobleski recently joined CDS as a Staff Accountant in our Willmar office. Prior to CDS, she worked in accounting for three years. Kylee graduated from Southwest Minnesota State University in Marshall, MN with Bachelor of Science degrees in Accounting and Finance, with a concentration in Corporate Finance. Her focus area is government auditing.

Jordan Wrobleski recently joined CDS as a Staff Accountant in our Benson office. Prior to CDS, she worked in accounting for over two years. Jordan is attending the University of MN-Crookston in Crookston, MN working towards her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, with a minor in Management. Her focus areas are tax preparation and bookkeeping.

Jordan is a past board member of the Willmar Area Symphonic Orchestra (WASO).

Gregory Zebro recently joined CDS as a Staff Accountant in our Willmar office. Prior to CDS, he worked in private accounting for two years. Gregory graduated from University of North Dakota in Grand Forks, ND with a Bachelor of Accountancy degree and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, with a major in Marketing. His focus areas are for profit and non-profit auditing.

Gregory is involved with youth hockey and his local church.

Kailee Tintes recently joined CDS as a Staff Accountant in our Willmar office. Prior to CDS, she worked in client service for over six years. She graduated from St. Cloud State University in St.Cloud, MN with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. Her focus area is government auditing.

Kailee is a member of the Meeker County Mounted Posse.

Jessica VanLanduyt recently joined CDS as a Staff Accountant in our Litchfield office. Prior to CDS, she worked in accounting for twelve years. Jessica graduated from the University of Maryland University College in Adelphi, MD with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a minor in Business Administration. Her focus areas are tax preparation and bookkeeping.

Jessica is a board member for the Litchfield Public Library and the Eden Valley Area Library. She serves as the Finance Committee Chair and bookkeeper for the Eden Valley Area Library.

Rochelle Sherman recently joined CDS as an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist in our Willmar office. Prior to CDS, she worked as an Administrative Assistant for four years and in client service for seven years.

Lorie Grindberg recently joined CDS as a Bookkeeper in our Willmar office. Prior to CDS, she worked in accounting for over thirty years. Lorie graduated from Concordia College in Moorhead, MN with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration, with a major in Accounting. Her focus areas are bookkeeping and payroll.

Lorie is a member of the North Dakota CPA Society.

Alesha Narragon recently joined CDS as a Payroll Assistant in our Willmar office. Prior to CDS, she worked in accounting for over four years. Alesha graduated from Minnesota School of Business with an Associates in Applied Science in Business Administration. Her focus area is payroll.

CDSA NEW HIRE

Tracy Brouwer recently joined CDSA as an Employee Benefits Administrator in our Willmar office. Prior to CDSA, she worked in client service for over twenty years. Tracy attended Ridgewater College in Willmar, MN. Her focus areas are the administration of Retirement Plans, Flex Plans, Health Savings Accounts (HSAs), Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRAs), and COBRA.
