About Sammy

Sammy Nelson joined CDS in 2020 as a Staff Accountant. She was an intern for CDS in 2020. Sammy graduated from St. Cloud State University in St. Cloud, MN with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. In 2024, she was promoted to Senior Accountant. Sammy specializes in tax preparation, bookkeeping, outsourced accounting services, QuickBooks®, reviews and compilations, and the auto dealership and non-profit industries.

Sammy enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband Josh and their son—soaking up the sun on the lake in the summer and making memories in the snow during the winter.
