About Heather
Heather Thompson joined CDS in 2004. She graduated from the College of St. Benedict in St. Joseph, MN with a Political Science degree and minors in Economics and French. Heather was promoted to Firm Administrator in 2008 and admitted as Partner in 2018. She manages firm initiatives, strategic planning, employee relations, staff recruitment and retention, special projects, and Partner and staff development.Community Involvement

Heather has three boys and loves being a "boy mom"! Keeping up with their activities ranging from sports to fishing to searching for toads keeps her busy. The Thompson family loves spending lots of time on Nest Lake, during all seasons.
