The CDS Typical Job Shadowing Experience:
The CDS job shadow opportunity is a one-day visit with a designated team member depending on your area of interest including: Tax, Auditing, Payroll, Accounting, Human Resources, Marketing, and Advisory Services. You will meet with one CDS professional or multiple depending on your areas of interest. The experience is uniquely tailored for each individual and their goals they want to complete with the job shadow experience.

- Learn about the day-to-day tasks and responsibilities.
- Observe the CDS experience and the firm work environment
- Ask questions and get insights from professionals, meeting with one or multiple team members
Flexible Scheduling for Busy Students:
- Anywhere from a half day (4 hours) to a full day (8 hours)
- Choose from one of our five locations that is most convenient for you
- Meet one on one with a specific team member(s), review specific/current project(s), ask questions
- A tour of the firm and the opportunity for a networking lunch with designated CDS team members
Eligibility and Application:
High school or college students
A confidentiality agreement will be required to sign prior to the experience
