About Heather
Heather Thompson joined CDS in 2004. She graduated from the College of St. Benedict in St. Joseph, MN with a Political Science degree and minors in Economics and French. Heather was promoted to Firm Administrator in 2008 and admitted as Partner in 2018. She is responsible for overseeing human resources, marketing, firm initiatives, strategic planning, employee relations, and development.Community Involvement

Heather and her husband, Jamie, have three boys. She can often be found on the sidelines of their sporting events or enjoying outdoor adventures with them. Heather also loves to cook, read, and enjoy the lake.
