NEW DESIGNATION

Alayna Willcutt | Accountant – Willmar Office

Alayna Willcutt recently received her QuickBooks® ProAdvisor Online Level I certification. She joined CDS in 2026 as an Accountant. Alayna previously interned with us and brings three years of tax preparation experience. Prior to CDS, she volunteered as a tax preparer for UCAP clients. She graduated from Ridgewater College with an Associate of Applied Science in Accounting. She specializes in accounting, bookkeeping, QuickBooks®, and tax preparation.

PROMOTION

Sierra Stephens promoted to Payroll Manager

Sierra Stephens, CPP, was recently promoted to Payroll Manager. She joined CDS in 2017 as a Payroll Specialist, bringing over eleven years of client service experience. She holds a Payroll Specialist Diploma from Minnesota State Community and Technical College in Detroit Lakes, MN. Sierra was promoted to Senior Payroll Specialist in 2022. She specializes in assisting clients with the preparation of their payrolls, tax deposits, quarterly and year-end payroll reports, and W-2 forms. Clients appreciate her expertise, responsiveness, and commitment to accurate, dependable service.
