With QB Desktop 2018 you can now use multiple monitors at one time for your company! To enable multi-monitor mode from the menu bar select the view dropdown and click “switch to multi-monitor mode” Once the multi-monitor mode is enabled a new icon will appear that allows you to move your open windows to other monitors. Quickbooks supports the use of up to three monitors while using the multi-monitor mode.
Quickbooks requires that all screens/monitors are at the default settings & that they are aligned evenly on the top or left sides.
