QuickBooks Tip
Keep your QuickBooks file at a manageable level and save space on your hard drive by condensing the company file.
HOW TO
- File menu > Utilities > Condense Data
- Go through the menu and select the options you need (Select Help or call your accountant, if needed)
- Select “Begin Condense” (QuickBooks will create a backup and archive copy before the condense process starts)
