Q: What inspired your career path?
A: I’ve always cared greatly for people and knew I wanted to be in a space where I worked alongside them. I think that is what brought me to Human Resources and Development.
Q: Tell us about your family.
A: I was born and raised in Willmar. My dad worked at Corneil-Elkjer Insurance Agency downtown Willmar and my mom was the HR Director at Rice and Carris Health. I am married to Ryan and we have two adorable boys; Landon (8) and Liam (3).
Q: Tell us about an interesting facts about yourself!
A: I have a side business called Kristi’s Cookie Co.!
Q: What do you like to do in your spare time?
A: I love spending time at our cabin in the summer with family and friends.
