Brenda Parsley recently earned her Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation from the Minnesota State Board of Accountancy. She joined CDS in 2016 and was promoted to Senior Accountant in 2018. Brenda graduated from Southwest Minnesota State University in Marshall, Minnesota with Bachelor of Science degrees in Accounting and Finance, with a Corporate Finance Concentration. Her focus area is governmental auditing. Brenda is a member of the Willmar Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce’s next organization. Brenda is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants (MNCPA)

Eric Holt was promoted to Senior Accountant. He joined CDS in 2016 in our Litchfield office. Eric graduated from St. Cloud State University in St. Cloud, MN with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. His focus areas are governmental and non-profit auditing. Eric is the Vice-Chairman of the Litchfield Area Community Foundation and is the Treasurer for the Meeker Area Food Shelf. He is a graduate of the 2017-2018 Leading Litchfield – Creating Area Leaders Program. Eric volunteers for his local church.

PARTNER IN CHARGE OF FIRE RELIEF AUDITING
Jeff Rislov, CPA is our Partner In Charge of Fire Relief Auditing. He joined CDS in 2005. He graduated from the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks, ND with a Bachelor of Accountancy degree. Jeff received his CPA certification from the Minnesota Board of Accountancy in 2008. Jeff was promoted to Manager in 2013 and admitted as Partner in 2016. He practices in a variety of accounting and tax areas, but specializes in tax planning and preparation, agribusiness, international and multi-state tax, fire relief auditing and consulting, and the petroleum industry. Jeff is the Co-Chair of CDS’s Tax Committee. Jeff is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants (MNCPA), and the Sartell Chamber of Commerce. He is a 2012 graduate of the Willmar Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce Leadership Perspectives program.
