New Hires

Sammy Mickelson joined CDS as a Staff Accountant in our Willmar office. She was an intern for CDS in 2020. Sammy graduated from St. Cloud State University in St. Cloud, MN with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. She is on CDS’s COVID-19 Resource Committee. Her focus areas are tax preparation, bookkeeping, and auditing.

Alex Broadwell joined CDS as an Auditor in our Willmar office. He graduated from St. John’s University in Collegeville, MN with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting. Alex’s focus areas are government and non-profit auditing.

CDSA Promotion

Nicholle Peterson has been promoted to Senior Employee Benefits Administrator. She joined CDSA in 2018. Prior to CDSA, she worked in client service and as an office manager for over twenty years. Nicholle graduated from the University of Minnesota in St. Paul, MN with a Bachelor of Science degree. Her focus areas are the administration of Retirement Plans, Flex Plans, Health Savings Accounts (HSAs), COBRA, QSEHRAs, CDS HR On-Demand, and ACA Reporting.

Nicholle is a volunteer with Junior Achievement, Rotary Reading Buddies, and at her local church. Nicholle is a 2020 graduate of the Vision 2040 Leadership program.
