About Mandy
Mandy Stark joined CDS in 2001 as an Administrative Assistant. She graduated from Ridgewater College in Willmar, MN with an Administrative Assistant Diploma. In 2008, Mandy was promoted to Lead Administrative Assistant and in 2011, to Executive Assistant. Mandy is a member of CDS’s Tax and CPE Committees.Community Involvement
