About Jen
Jen Burnett joined CDS in 2007 as a Third Party Administrator (TPA). Prior to CDS, she worked as a TPA for three years. She graduated from Northwestern College in Chicago, IL with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Child Psychology. Jennifer was promoted to Senior Employee Benefits Administrator in 2013, Employee Benefits Manager in 2015 and admitted as Partner in 2019. She has been instrumental in training staff, streamlining processes, and presenting at client enrollment meetings. Her focus areas are on the administration of Retirement Plans, Flex Plans, Health Savings Accounts (HSAs), Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRAs), QSEHRAs, and is an HR On-Demand Advisor.Community Involvement
