Jen Burnett joined CDS Administrative Services, LLC (CDSA) in 2007 as a Third Party Administrator (TPA). Prior to CDSA, she worked as a TPA for three years. She graduated from Northwestern College in Chicago, IL with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Child Psychology. Jennifer was promoted to Senior Employee Benefits Administrator in 2013, Employee Benefits Manager in 2015 and admitted as Partner in 2019. She has been instrumental in training staff, streamlining processes, and presenting at client enrollment meetings. Her focus areas are on the administration of Retirement Plans, Flex Plans, Health Savings Accounts (HSAs), Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRAs), QSEHRAs, and HR Consulting.  


Jen is the President for the Kandiyohi County Food Shelf and the Treasurer of the Diamond Edge Figure Skating Club. She is a volunteer with her local church. Jen is a 2015 graduate of the Willmar Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce Leadership Perspectives program and a 2018 graduate of the Vision 2040 Leadership program.
