About Erica
Erica Melbie joined CDS in 2024 as a Payroll Specialist. Prior to CDS, she worked in human resources, payroll, and benefits administration for four years. Erica graduated from Ridgewater College in Willmar, MN with an Associate of Liberal Arts degree and from St. Cloud State University with a Bachelor of Elective Studies, with emphasis in Human Resources and Communication. In 2026, Erica received her Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC). She specializes in assisting clients with the preparation of their payrolls, tax deposits, quarterly and year-end payroll reports, and W-2 forms.Get in Touch
