About Becky
Becky Zimmer joined CDS in 2014 as a Payroll Assistant. She brought four years of business experience to CDS. She graduated from Ridgewater College in Willmar, MN with an Administrative Assistant Associate of Applied Science degree. Becky received her Microsoft Office Specialist Certificate (MOS) in 2010 from Ridgewater College in Willmar, MN. In 2016, Becky was promoted to Payroll Specialist and in 2022, to Senior Payroll Systems Coordinator. In 2026, Becky joined the CDS Financial Services team as a Client Services Specialist. Becky specializes in assisting clients with the preparation of their payrolls, tax deposits, quarterly and year-end payroll reports, W-2 forms, and WorkforceHUB timekeeping services.Community Involvement

Becky, her husband, Caleb, and their sons, Roman and Theo, enjoy traveling, bike rides, and life on the farm. They get to go on many ranger rides around the farm. They also enjoy spending time with family and friends.
