Alayna Willcutt joined CDS as an Accountant in 2026. Alayna previously interned with us and brings three years of tax preparation experience. She graduated from Ridgewater College with an Associate of Applied Science in Accounting. She specializes in tax preparation, accounting, and bookkeeping.

Petra Huisinga Promoted to Senior TPA Operations Specialist
Petra Huisinga was recently promoted to Senior TPA Operations Specialist. She joined CDS in 2013 as a Third Party Administrator. Petra graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Language and Cultures from Utrecht University in Utrecht, The Netherlands. She was promoted to a Senior Third Party Administrator in 2017. She specializes in the administration of Retirement Plans, Flex Plans, Health Savings Accounts (HSAs), QSEHRAs, and COBRA.
