Jack Michelson | Staff Accountant
Jack Michelson joined CDS as a Staff Accountant in our Willmar office, after an internship with the firm. He graduated from St. Thomas University in St. Paul-Minneapolis, MN with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. Jack specializes in tax preparation and accounting.
Brooklyn Mueske | Staff Accountant
Brooklyn Mueske joined CDS as a Staff Accountant in our Willmar office. Prior to CDS, she worked in client service and accounts receivable for 2 years. She graduated from Southwest Minnesota State University in Marshall, MN with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a minor in Finance. During Brooklyn’s first year, she will be exploring tax, accounting, and audit.

| Alayna is a student at Ridgewater College pursuing a degree in Accounting. She will be working in our Willmar office this summer. | Erin is a student at North Dakota State University pursuing a degree in Accounting. She will be working in our Litchfield office this summer. | Shelby is a student at St. Cloud State University pursuing a degree in Accounting and Statistics/Data Analytics. She will be working in our Willmar and Sartell offices this summer. |
Throughout the summer, our interns will participate in structured rotations that cover key areas of the accounting field, including:
- Tax Services: Gaining insights into tax preparation, planning, and compliance.
- Audit Services: Learning about the audit process, client financial reviews, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
- Bookkeeping: Developing practical skills in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting clients with their day-to-day bookkeeping needs.
