Caylee Christianson | Senior Accountant – Willmar Office
We’re pleased to announce that Caylee Christianson has been promoted to Senior Accountant at CDS! She joined CDS in 2023 as a Staff Accountant, after an internship with the firm. Caylee graduated from University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire in Eau Claire, WI with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting. She specializes in non-profit, quasi-governmental, and fire relief auditing.

Prior to CDS, she worked in customer service for three years. Lauren attended Ridgewater College as a PSEO student and participated in the Kandiyohi County Creating Entrepreneurial Opportunities (KCEO) program. |

Amber Diederich | Payroll Specialist – Litchfield OfficeAmber Diederich recently joined CDS as a Payroll Specialist in our Litchfield office. Prior to CDS, she worked in payroll and accounting for three years. Amber is working toward her Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU) in Manchester, NH. She specializes in assisting clients with the preparation of their payrolls, tax deposits, quarterly and year-end payroll reports, and W-2 forms. |

Throughout the summer, our interns will participate in structured rotations that cover key areas of the accounting field, including:
- Tax Services: Gaining insights into tax preparation, planning, and compliance.
- Audit Services: Learning about the audit process, client financial reviews, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
- Bookkeeping: Developing practical skills in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting clients with their day-to-day bookkeeping needs.
At CDS, we value the opportunity to support the next generation of accounting professionals, and we are excited to provide these bright individuals with meaningful learning experiences.
