The Office of Minnesota Attorney General announces automatic four-month extension for all non-profit organizations with April 15 through July 15, 2020 annual report deadlines.

- You do not need to request an extension if your reporting deadline falls into this time period. It is automatically extended.
- You are encouraged to file toward the end of your new extended deadline to increase the Attorney General Office’s ability to process your filings in a timely manner.
- You are encouraged to file electronically to increase the Attorney General Office’s ability to process your filings in a timely manner.
- No late fees will be assessed if you file by your new extended due date.
- All other deadlines and obligations remain the same.
