Melrose Electric is seeking a full-time, well-rounded Accounting Clerk with experience in payroll and related reporting, accounts payable, purchase order management, project management and general office duties. An Associates degree in accounting or related field, with 3-5 years of experience is preferred. Melrose Electric offers competitive salary and benefits.

Accounting Clerk

Key Functions:
  • Process weekly payroll
  • Process prevailing wage reports
  • Process daily AP
  • Reconcile AP statements
  • Enter and reconcile project purchase orders
  • Assist with project management duties
  • General office duties
  • Associates degree in accounting or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in accounting or related field
  • Proficiency with computers
  • Proficient with MS Office
  • Must be able to multi task
