Q: What inspired your career path?
A: After taking an accounting course in high school, I felt accounting was something I could have a life long career in and that I would be good at.
Q: Tell us about your family.
A: I live in Spicer with my husband Travis. We have four parakeets and two rescue pups, Willow and Zoey. My parents are Calvin and Dorothy Quimby, both retired. I have one brother, Tom and nephew, Dylan.
Q: Do you have any hobbies?
A: I like to refurbish furniture and work on crafts! Most of the furniture I refurbish is typically free – it’s either at the end of someone’s driveway or it was given to me!
Q: Do you have any facts about yourself you would like to share?
A: My husband and I were a host family for the Willmar Stingers baseball this past summer. We enjoyed the experience and look forward to hosting next summer! Also in the near future, I will be taking courses to become a professional dog groomer!
Q: Tell us something people don’t know about you.
A: I want to live in every state. I enjoy new experiences and love to see new things.
Q: What do you like to do in your spare time?
A: I like kayaking, biking, gardening, bowling, outdoor games, boating, camping, and traveling!
