THREE INTERNS JOIN CDS THIS SUMMER
As the summer season begins, we are thrilled to welcome three interns to our team at CDS. These interns will be joining us to gain invaluable hands-on experience, develop their skills, and explore the world of accounting.
Please join us in giving a warm welcome to:
- Alayna Willcutt: Based in Willmar, Alayna will be contributing to various projects and learning about the day-to-day operations of our firm. She is attending Ridgewater College.
- Erin White: Based in Litchfield, Erin will bring her unique perspective to our team as she participates in her internship experience. She is attending NDSU in Fargo, ND.
- Shelby Kimm: Primarily based in Willmar, Shelby will also spend Thursdays in our Sartell office, getting to know both teams and broadening her exposure to different facets of the business. She is attending SCSU in St. Cloud, MN.
Throughout the summer, our interns will participate in structured rotations that cover key areas of the accounting field, including:
- Tax Services: Gaining insights into tax preparation, planning, and compliance.
- Audit Services: Learning about the audit process, client financial reviews, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
- Bookkeeping: Developing practical skills in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting clients with their day-to-day bookkeeping needs.
