COVID-19 Related Appointment Protocols

Our busy season is approaching, and we wanted to provide an update on our appointment protocols with COVID-19 still impacting our communities. CDS, CDSA, and CDS Financial Services are available for in-office appointments.

If you prefer a phone conference or virtual meeting in lieu of an in-person appointment, please contact our office at (888) 388-1040. We have developed policies and procedures at our offices to ensure the health of our team members and clients.

When you visit our office, we ask that you:

  1. Feel well. If you are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms, have had a positive COVID-19 test or exposure within the past 14 days, please reschedule your appointment or set up a virtual meeting.
  2. Wear a mask. Masks are available in our reception areas or you can bring your own.
  3. Practice physical distancing. Including in the lobby and meeting rooms.
  4. Sanitize your hands upon entering our offices. Hand sanitizer is provided.

Here are some examples of precautionary steps that we have taken:

  • Ask our team members to stay home if they feel ill.
  • Put up sneeze guards in our reception areas.
  • Wear masks while meeting with or when in close contact with others.
  • Practice physical distancing.
  • Sanitize our hands upon entering our offices.
  • Offer CDS Portal to send files electronically. Request access to a portal at
