Get Organized with the QuickBooks To Do List

If you choose the Company >To Do List command in QuickBooks 2015, a To Do list window appears.

  • To add action items to the To Do list window, click the To Do button and describe the task by using the Add To Do dialog box that appears.
  • You can provide a description of the task and also specify things like the task priority, its due date, and the customer connected to the task.
  • To remove tasks from the To Do list window, double-click the task and then change the status to either Done or Inactive.
  • To print a To Do list, click the To Do list window’s Reports button.
