He earned the designation of Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) by completing an intensive training and testing process with the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA). Roger earned his Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) credentials based on his experience, education and knowledge of the Business Valuation industry.

twenty years owning and managing his own practice in St. Cloud, MN. Mike specializes in helping businesses analyze acquisition and sale opportunities, including business valuation, income tax planning, business consulting, accounting, and analysis. He earned the designation of Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) by completing an intensive training and testing process with the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA). Mike earned his Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) credentials based on his experience, education and knowledge of the Business Valuation industry.
