was founded in 1995 as a division of Conway, Deuth &
Schmiesing, PLLP, Certified Public Accountants and Consultants.
CDSA offers
a
full range of employee benefits and human resources services.
We
specialize in
personalized
service for cafeteria plans, retirement plans and human resources
consulting.
Our
goal is to help our clients focus on what they do best—run their
businesses. Therefore, we assist our clients with the development,
set up and administration of employee benefits plans. In
addition, we also provide consulting services in the human resources
arena including policy development, recruitment, employee manuals,
job descriptions
and more.
